Last updated: March 19, 2026. This policy applies to the Qircl marketing website today and to the broader Qircl service as product functionality becomes available.

Information you provide directly, including waitlist submissions, newsletter signups, contact inquiries, account setup information, circles, events, comments, and photos when the product is live.

Information collected automatically, such as limited usage analytics, device/browser context, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Permission-based information like contacts, location, camera, photo library, and microphone only when those future product flows are used and enabled by you.

How we use information

Operate, improve, and secure Qircl.

Support waitlist, newsletter, and contact workflows on the marketing site.

Power event coordination, circles, RSVP, photos, carpool, and AI orchestration in the product experience as those capabilities launch.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery partners.

Within the product, visibility is intended to follow circle, invite, and event boundaries rather than public feed behavior.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest.

The marketing site stores form submissions only as long as needed for launch, communication, and operational record-keeping.

Product media and private event information are intended to follow stricter privacy processing, including EXIF stripping and scoped visibility controls.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You can request deletion or correction of personal information we store for marketing workflows, subject to legal and operational requirements.

When the product launches, account-level controls will expand to cover profile, permissions, analytics, and deletion choices.
